"How much does it cost?"

"How do I apply my personalised label?"

Easy. Soak off the old label and dry the bottle. Then peel the
backing from your personalised label and apply it.
For the best results DO NOT stick your personalised label
over the top of the old one.

"What do I say on the label?"

We advise you in the layout by asking you for specific information.
There is a section for a special message. If you are unsure what to say
why not try describing the recipient as a wine (fruity style, good body) or
grape variety (known for its robust character) or where the grapes were
grown (on the sun drenched slopes of Sevenoaks) or produced
(hand picked and crushed under well seasoned sandals).

But don't worry, if you are still stuck for ideas we have a design help section which you can select when designing you label

"How long will it take"

We recommend you allow five working days from the day of your design submission.

All orders are processed within two working days of receiving your design.
Completed designs are dispatched standard first class post.
Please allow a further three working days for delivery.

"How do I pay?"

We have a secure online connection that allows you to pay for you labels with any major credit card. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please contact us and we can advise you further
