The above prices above are for duplicates of the same label, these being labels with exactly the same details. Labels with different details are £5.95 each. 

If you require just a name change to each label we only charge £1 for each name. So 12 labels (same details) with 12 name changes is £16 plus £11 = £27.

LABEL SIZE - The self adhesive labels are 110mm wide by 90mm high. 

Contact tim@thewinelabel.co.uk if you need smaller labels for 1/2 or 1/4 bottles.

 

PAYMENT - the order process is in TWO stages  

ONE - complete your label design, click "Submit Label Design" which is then automatically sent to us.

You will then receive an acknowledgement email saying - "Thank you for using TheWineLabel.co.uk and submitting your label design, we will continue to process this order once the credit/debit card transaction has been authorised."  

TWO - You will then be directed to our payment page to pay by credit card using Google Checkout or WorldPay. 

When your PAYMENT has been authorised we will print your personalised wine label and post it.

Our standard UK service is to print and post the labels with 3-5 days of receiving the order.
 

 

DELIVERY - STANDARD

Your label(s) will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post for UK Mainland delivery.

DELIVERY - EXPRESS

For a guaranteed Next Day delivery 
 

Please contact us by phone or email tim@thewinelabel.co.uk. We do not charge any extra for the labels/this service and can only
offer the service dependant on the time and amount of orders we are processing that day. We will do our best!

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery and the labels are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day. 

NOTE - this is a 'signed' for service so at the delivery address you will need someone to 'sign for' the letter.

Mon to Friday delivery - the price starts at £6.75 depending on the weight. 
Saturday delivery - the price starts at £11.25 depending on the weight. You CANNOT pay for this on line - you have to pay by phone.
 

 


ADD A PHOTO

How do I add a 'photo' / digital image to my personalised wine label?
We do not charge for adding/inserting your own digital image. It should be supplied as a JPEG or PDF and medium to high resolution. Please advise of how it may need to be cropped.

 

Please ensure you select a label design that has space for your photo. Most do but the Champagne Birdsnest is an example of a layout that will not work.

DO WE SELL WINE?

No, we focus solely on the quality of the labels we produce, we leave the quality of wine up to you.
It also means you buy the wine you want, at the best price.

 

APPLYING YOUR PERSONALISED LABEL

You should remove the old label off the bottle of wine before putting on the new one.
Soak the bottle in warm soapy water for 5-10 minutes. Peel off the old label.
Apply the new label, starting smoothing from the vertical middle and gently sliding outwards.


 

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS
 

CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, you must contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of ordering as we will start processing your order within that period. If we have not started on your order then we can cancel the order.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with the print quality of the label - please email to alert us and return the label by post. We will come back to you within 3 days and either offer to reprint the label or refund your money.

REFUNDS
We will always refund an order if we have made a mistake in entering the text information you have supplied / or the quality is not acceptable. We can however only print a photo you email to the quality / resolution it was supplied at.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
