Dirty
Describes any of the undesirable odours that can be present in a wine that was poorly vinified.

Dry
A wine that was deliberately made to possess little or no sweetness.

Dumb
A dumb wine is also a closed wine, which may need time to reveal the richness and intensity, however dumb wines may never get better
